I agree. In true socialism, isn't everyone supposed to be ABSOLUTELY EQUAL? No one should have better insurance than another or a bigger house or a nicer car. In my city there is a mega grocery store that advertises MAXIMUM CASH BACK ON EBT IS $40. A local check cashing place advertises GET CASH BACK ON EBT. EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) or food stamp cards can be used to purchase anything when this is the way it works. I wonder what the cash money is being spent on, beer?, cigarettes?, you name it. I tend to believe that being gay is inborn. I've known people who knew they liked the same sex at the age of five. I have two brothers who are gay. One was accepting of his sexuality. The other was not. When he came out to our mother, he cried because he did not want to be gay. He wanted to get married and have a family and children. When my mother asked him, "When you look at a woman, aren't you attracted to her?" He responded, "No, are you?" Seems pretty evident to me, people do not CHOOSE to be gay any more than people CHOOSE to be straight.

Congress cannot constitutionally restrict free speech but local jurisdictions do it all the time with noise ordinances, etc. Most people, I believe, misquote the restriction against yelling firein a crowded theater. If I was in a crowded theater that was on fire, I would hope someone would let me know. We do not have the right to FALSELY yell fire in a crowded theater.
