Why Bill O'Reilly is Wrong About The Bible

The reason government recognizes/endorses/fovors marriage is because it is the best way to produce and raise the next generation. Homosexual unions are incapable of producing and an inferior way of raising the next generation. Men and women are different (no matter how much the LGBT crowd tries to obscure the fact), and children do best with one of each in the house. The debate is not just about "committed and loving relationships." You are free to have that if you want. Just don't try to call it marriage on your tax return, because it's not. The government does not have the same compelling interest to recognize homosexual unions.

Congratulations; you're comfortable on the plantation and/or are Marxist and loving it.

Why don't you let the free people decide which policies are best for free people from now on, K?

I explained that marriage is different from a homosexual relationship and therefore the free people through their elected representatives may treat a married couple as one legal unit without being obligated to treat a homosexual couple in the same way. That is not the marxist position.

You did imply that we are on a plantation that government agents run in order to breed people.

Are you going to agree that you insinuated something false, or are you a marxist, who thinks it should be that way?

Is there a third option I overlooked? I don't think so, but go ahead and explain what it is, if you aren't going to answer the question.

...or were you just weaseling away cuz you got caught?

For the last two weeks Bill O'Reilly has committed multiple journalistic mis-steps.

As long as he is allowed to define the terms of the narrative of what happened they will not be corrected. His failure to do so is a massive public relations problem and a mis-step in itself.

He owes a significant demo of his viewership an apology. He owes them one quickly so that his previously demonstrable prejudice against people of faith does not cause unintended long term effects.

"The compelling argument is on the side of homosexuals,” O’Reilly said on his evening broadcast March 26, 2013. “The...
