It seems bizarre that it is possible to change the 60 vote requirement by 51 votes. If they do this, the Republican House will dig in its heel even more. Can't anyone in D.C. do what is best for the country???? Obama's agenda has been a disaster: the massive deficit spending, the war on fossil fuels, exploding regulations, the "green" boondoggles, the misallocated stimulus, etc. None of those policies has been good for the economy. What Obama wants now is to have more borrowed funds to misallocate to his favored special interests. The marxist loons must be stopped, but the Republicans have failed miserably at offering sensible alternatives.
