2016 Contender Watch: Rob Portman

Portman should take a look and then run........FAR AWAY! Not a conservative by any means, he wouldn't be wanted.
The ending had me laughing out loud. Way to go.
In other words, comply or be punished. And here I thought the republican party was for freedom. Excuse me.
Carlos said "republican leaders" and I'm inclined to agree with him. I've watched the republicans follow the democrats ever leftward into liberalism. However, there are some members in Congress who are trying to pull the party back to conservatism. John Boehner and his cronies aren't true conservatives.
Here we go again. When Reagan gave amnesty, the democrats said the border would be secured. Look at where that got us today. Now Reid and his ilk would have us believe that doing the same thing again would bring about a different result. Stupidity reigns in DC.

Thad Cochran's Voting-Rights Victory

Cochran may have won the election through fraud with democrats voting in both the democratic and republican primaries but that isn't settled yet. How he won got him democrat votes but did he lose the conservative base? If I lived in Mississippi, I wouldn't vote unless there was a conservative independent running. Cochran is just another RINO which needs to go.
To quote somewhat a high ranking democrat,"What does it matter"?
When will members of congress get the guts to stop this POS in the White House? It's long overdue.

So be it. Not voting for someone just because that person is a republican candidate any more. I and many like me will vote for the conservative in the race. Tired of the McCains, Grahams and Boehner types in DC.

Kudlow may be right. However, this budget is so bad that it serves to drive the truly conservative base away from the so called GOP elite RINOs in DC. In fact, it is so bad that along with Boehner's chastising the base, it has driven many conservatives I know to give up on the republican party and thinking of going outside to a truly conservative party. How would that set with the ones who say Ryan saved the GOP?
