This is factually incorrect. From around the time of "Revolver," Lennon and McCartney increasingly wrote songs independently from one another. By the time of "The Beatles," they were largely solo artists. At least seven songs on that album do not even have one or the other of the two on them. At least twenty-five of the songs were clearly solo writing efforts.

What bothers me about this speech is not necessarily its content but the fact that the president is absolutely ubiquitous. He is a non-stop campaigner who inundates us continually with speeches, pronouncements, TV appearances, etc. Just this week he spoke at a rally to tell us that he was going to tell us something - he wasn't specific, not wanting to "give anything away," as though it were a tease for a television show instead of an informational event for the benefit of the American people - then he did the school speech, then today he appeared on morning TV to tell us that he was going to give a speech tonight and tonight he's going to give a speech before a joint session of Congress - his third such speech in less than eight months...

It's always interesting to me how often and quickly anti-conservatives characterize conservatives as "idiots." Palin is an idiot, despite evidence to the contrary. GWB is an idiot, despite the fact that his military tests showed his IQ to be higher than the brilliant John Kerry's; despite the fact that frat-boy George's university grades were higher than were Junior's (i.e. the studious Al Gore, who literally is a junior, unlike GWB, who is often derisively referred to as Bush junior by leftists for whom facts have no meaning;) despite the fact that his SAT scores were higher than Rhodes Scholar "Dollar" Bill Bradley, who was a contender for the Dem Nom in 2000 and despite the fact that GWB was fighter pilot, unless those who would...

It's no coincidence that the very definition of "glee" is "gaiety." The entire premise and point of the show are to promote the gay agenda.
