You may or may not be correct in your assertions but, if I'm not mistaken, lawyers are compensated by receiving a percentage of the amount of dollars awarded to a complainant as a result of a tort, in this case, a medical malpractice claim. Simple arithmetic; the bigger the award the bigger the payout to the trial lawyer(s). So, like it or not sir, that hardly makes you an unbiased observer.

This is all well and good but we will not win this war just like it is unlikely that we've defeated the enemy in Iraq, until we wake up, cast off the fog of self deception and recognize who the enemy is.

This is glaring evidence of the apparent total ignorance concerning the identity of the real enemy we face in this so called "war on terror" by people critically in the need to know.

The United States and our allies will not win this war given the best of our intentions and losing the lives of these men and women who've volunteered to accept this risk, on the basis of Military and Political stupidity is a grave injustice to these soldiers and their grieving families.
