An U.N.-Conscionable Act

This is the classic Socialist modus operandi that's also at work in the socialist Union movement; level the playing field by ensuring all operate at the lowest possible level. America is far to superior for it's own good. In the interest of equality it needs to become just another player on a global stage. Heaven help us.
Your post indicates you are not a fan of Andy McCarthy. 1) "MCCarthy thinks that his neighbors are supporters of Hamas because they sometimes make too much noise at night." 2) "he is a silly person. " Got any facts to back this up or should we just shut up and take your word?
Good article Ken but you've got to be wishful thinking about Obama. I don't believe he's a dhimmicrat; I believe he's a closet Muslim who will do all in his considerable power to achieve the goals of his Muslim brothers, no matter how long it takes. His election was a major milestone in that effort.

Tort Reform: Remedy or Red Herring?

Ken Conner, conservative Christian Republican TRIAL LAWYER. Would that be you sir?

You may or may not be correct in your assertions but, if I'm not mistaken, lawyers are compensated by receiving a percentage of the amount of dollars awarded to a complainant as a result of a tort, in this case, a medical malpractice claim. Simple arithmetic; the bigger the award the bigger the payout to the trial lawyer(s). So, like it or not sir, that hardly makes you an unbiased observer.

Further, while big corporations hardly need outside support from the likes of me I've discovered over some 75 years of living that they make very easy targets. Who can defend a multi-billion dollar insurance giants attempt to deny someone seriously...

Eight Years and Counting

This is all well and good but we will not win this war just like it is unlikely that we've defeated the enemy in Iraq, until we wake up, cast off the fog of self deception and recognize who the enemy is.

We've rid Iraq of a vicious despot and there may be some fleeting gratitude for that and now we're back where we started in Afghanistan fighting the Taliban but, in the final analysis, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Taliban are all predominantly Muslim and they view us as the infidel occupiers and will continue to think of us that way so long as this politically correct western notion of victory persists.

Nation building is one thing, a religious crusade against orthodox Islamic theocracies is entirely another. In our secular...
This is glaring evidence of the apparent total ignorance concerning the identity of the real enemy we face in this so called "war on terror" by people critically in the need to know.

The United States and our allies will not win this war given the best of our intentions and losing the lives of these men and women who've volunteered to accept this risk, on the basis of Military and Political stupidity is a grave injustice to these soldiers and their grieving families. Offer comfort and condolences to the parents, wives, husbands and children of these soldiers that their loved one gave their life so that some ungrateful Afghans who allow the Taliban to nest themselves in "civilian" enclaves, could live and see how that flies....

Listening to a Liar: Part II

This tactic of using soaring rhetoric combined with misdirection, obfuscation, outright lies and exaggerated impending consequences of inaction have and continue to be used by the Left since Obama was sucking on his mother's teat.

And why not? Despite repeated and concerted efforts by the opposition to expose this strategy the Left remains committed to the tactic because it works. It works because a critical mass of the American electorate are the product of a society that, daily, grows more hedonistic and more impressed by celebrity, notoriety and two or three word, attention grabbing phrases that bear little to no resemblance to the truth, impart no factual information and leaves an already indoctrinated group to draw "their...

The Van Jones Matter

O.K. Charles; I'm with you for the most part but giving this guy a pass on everything except that he was a "Truther?" This is the kind of loftier than thou rhetoric that leaves the attack dogs on the Left snickering in their Lattes.

To take just one example, George Allen was crucified for using the word, macaca, lost his Senate seat and now sits on the sidelines but this guy calls not one Republican but all Republicans, a__ holes, talks about whites poisoning people of color and says "we are going to fundamentally change the system" and we're all supposed to go Ho Hum and give him a pass?

C'mon Krauthammer! You ought to know better. This guy is free to think and say whatever the hell he likes but that doesn't mean he...

It's encouraging to see this creeping Jihad openly discussed for what it is without the smoky fog of multiculturalism and political correctness that has blinded Europe and threatens to blind us if we choose to continue to ignore this growing threat; as it has apparently blinded the Fairfax County board of supervisors.

I've been a subscriber to Robert Spencer's Jihad Watch for some time and strongly recommend it to those who doubt that any religion can institutionalize raw hatred for and death to all unbelievers........that would be ALL non-Muslims, Dhimmis, the people of "the Book." It will open your eyes to much of what's going on around the world in the name of "Islam, the religion of peace" and perhaps cast Obama's bowing to...

Obama Turns On Freedom Around the Globe

You say "The President needs to worry less about getting along with tyrants..." Is it at all possible that he's not just trying to get along but instead has aspirations of following in their footsteps? The thought has crossed my mind, more than once. Watch out America!
