I went from 212 to 163 pounds with no diet or exercise. All I did was decide to change my habits. I stopped eating excess sugar, salt and fats, and only put what I intend to eat on the plate - which is less than I used to consume. That's the same way I stopped smoking 40 years ago- cold turkey.
