Only a nation that has lost its moral and intellectual bearings would allow a craven liar and manipulator of Obama's kind into the highest office in the land. Only an unserious people could elect to Congress an entertainer with anger-management problems - Al Franklin - and only an unserious party could then - with a straight face - call him an exemplary legislator. There are are serious people who take the responsibilities of citizenship seriously, but they are fewer in number by the day. The rest care only for bread and circuses...

Those are three simple words that form one simple question.  And the question has led us to this moment in time.

Recall in October of 2009, when then-Speaker of the U.S House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi was asked about the formulation of the Obamacare bill, and she asked that very question of a reporter.  “Madam Speaker,” a reporter from CNSNews.com said to her, “where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?”
