There is no evidence that Obama will propose 19 executive actions, he will make 19 legislative proposals with the possibility of some executive actions that are available to the president. Pavlich reads the same news as the rest of us and gets it wrong.

If these proposed laws have not gone through the House and Senate, they are executive actions. Obama has stated that he is not sending them through these channels. You are the one whom has your head in a very dark place.

Vice President Joe Biden delivered his gun control recommendations to President Barack Obama last night.
