Remember if you take federal funds you capitulate your control. NEA, DOEd, or whatever control or they take the funds away and those who are use to take federal funds know that, and the infiltration in the departments of education over the years are direct result of the teach they received while in college and now before the go to college. Revolution is upon us!

The DoE was sold to us as a means to counter funding inequities between inner city and suburban school districts. Now, the urban districts spend far more per pupil than any others but what do they have to show for it? Only proof that more spending does not create better outcomes.
