My daughter and her family lived in Waldorf, Maryland while her husband was stationed at Andrews AFB. I believe I told you that back when they lived there. I didn't think it was a bad place, but I wasn't trying to buy a gun there, either. When we crossed over the bridge going from Virginia to Maryland I took off the gun I was carrying and secured it so I could comply with their laws. With the new restrictions their governor is asking for I doubt I will ever even visit there again.

That's the difference between a law-abiding gun owner and a street thug. I obey the law, they do not. But, If Der Fuhrer succeeds in criminalizing an entire class of firearms, I will become a law-breaker, because I WILL NOT turn mine in.

It's Wednesday and at 11:45 this morning, President Obama will unveil new plans for gun control through executive order while surrounded by children. He's expected to call on Congress to ban semi-automatic "assault" rifles and high capacity magazines holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition. He'll also ask for universal background checks.
