Lol, working with Republicans to improve the economy. I didn't know accepting a "my way or the highway" was "working with" someone. Heh. Erika, these Republicans have filibustered more stuff than ANYONE in the history of American politics. So much fail.
Ha ha Michael. Hilarious article. Here's some consistency from Romney for you... Romney: Roe v. Wade has gone too far. Romney: I believe that since Roe v. Wade has been the law for 20 years we should sustain and support it. Romney: I think the minimum wage ought to keep pace with inflation. Romney: There's no question raising the minimum wage excessively causes a loss of jobs. Romney: I saw my father march with Martin Luther King. Romney: I did not see it with my own eyes. Romney: I respect and will protect a woman's right to choose. Romney: I never really called myself pro-choice. Romney: I like mandates. The mandates work. Romney: I think it's unconstitutional on the 10th Amendment front.

Hey Craig, maybe you forgot to look at this data before formulating a really bad strawman: http://reflectionsofarationalrepublican.com/2012/05/04/bush-vs-obama-unemployment-april-2012-jobs-data/

Yeah, this chart shows how bad Obama has been at creating jobs: http://thinkprogress.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/apriljobschart.jpg
A new bumper sticker I invented for Romney: Romney Squeezes out Santorum Oh! Here's another! I'd pick my nose before I'd pick Mitt Romney

Only Obama is Better Off

"The percentage believing the next generation will live better than their parents is a record low. As Scott Rasmussen said, people think something is going terribly wrong in America." Yeah...8 years of Bush took away their savings, their jobs, their home equity, their loved ones to foreign wars, and spent away the surplus handed to them by Clinton. And since the Republicans don't want to help average Americans by enacting more stimulus, since the Republican's sole purpose is to win in '12, they are happy stopping any legislation that will help build a better America. And folks don't know who to vote for: Obama, a Reagan Republican, or Romney, the severe conservative hairdresser.

"My personal resistance to same-sex marriage arises not from any dislike of gays and lesbians but from the belief that traditional marriage is too important to be toyed with" Translation: I don't believe in equal rights for everyone. "Traditional marriage is recognized and to some degree privileged by society because it performs the most essential task of any civilization -- providing the optimal environment for raising children." Terrible, terrible logic here. We allow any heterosexual couple to get married, even if they are infertile. Under this argument, only couples who could procreate could get married. Bad, bad Mona. You need some better arguments if you want to effectively defend your discriminatory beliefs.
Nope. Here's an interesting graph for you. http://www.classwarfareexists.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/jobs_april_social.jpg

Institutional Arrogance

I don't know Oliver, lying to Congress seems pretty arrogant to me...though I guess it's just "personal arrogance" not really institutional.
Okay! Don't let the facts interrupt your Romney party! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQwrB1vu74c&feature=related
