Regardless of the momentary Republican outrage, does anyone really doubt that the Republicans will finally go along with the presidents plan, say, "We didn't have any choice."? Furthermore, do we have any doubt that the Republicans will go along after receiving concessions of goodies for well-placed Republican donors?
