There will be many calls to ban so-called assault rifles, but we as a nation have made a commitment to Godlessness in the public arena, and that is the problem. There will be no political solutions to spiritual problems. And until we as a nation begin turning to Christ, there will be a continuing increase in lawlessness. But for the present, the restraining influence of God is being removed. See Second Thessalonians 2:6-7.

President Obama traveled to Newtown, Connecticut this evening to address the community in the wake of the horrific massacre of 26 children and adults at Sandy Hook Elementary. Business Insider reports:
