We have to realize that the United States is under judgment. We are living Romans 1:18-32. The church is impotent, having forgotten the power of God. Read Isaiah 40:21-31. We who believe must repent and pray. Those who scoff will bow the knee at the judgment.

AMEN and as difficult as it is (for me anyway) we are commanded to pray for our 'leaders' even Obama..it's a struggle. I wrote a post here where I admitted Romney and his family are easy to pray for, Obama not so much.. Many of us participated in praying for 40 days prior to NOvember 6, many fasted as well, I couldn't for health reasons but I prayed. If My People 2012. Intercessors for America have been praying for years. I do believe our most potent weapon against the spiritual darkness that has over whelmed this Republic is PRAYER.

Isn't it interesting that we are instructed to pray for our leaders, but we are not told what to pray for. Apparently the Lord leaves it up to us what we pray for.

It is true that this is not spelled out for us, but a beleiver in God would ask that the leaders would put their trust in God and be obedient to God.

But, Tea, if prayer is our most potent weapon against spiritual darkness, it is so only if it results in God showing us what we lack in our character that has made us so ineffective in the war against evil. As He is able to show us ourselves and then as we repent of our shortcomings and allow Him to transform us (day by day) into what we ought to be in the public and private arenas, we will be able to transform our society. Don't pray for revival; pray to become what we need to be so that God can trust us with the revival. We can't do His job and He won't do ours. As we Romans 12: 1 and 2, God will have the elements to work with to bring about the revival. Peace, Larry

I have received messages of concern for our nation’s future. As you know, we have been diligent in praying for God’s will to be done and the decision has been made. That does not mean we stop praying. No matter how you feel about the leadership of our country, they are our leaders and we must pray for them. We must continue to be diligent in praying for a spiritual revival in our nation—truly our greatest need.

One thing I sense in the messages I am receiving is fear. We must guard against this fear because we know “God did...
