20 Reasons To Dislike The Democrat Party

May I point out that Ted Cruz and Rand Paul, who do appear to have morals, are generally vilified by the Republican Party. Our problems are first and foremost spiritual, rather than political. And politics in general has become a moral cesspool.

Wilson was a game-changer, with regard to over-reach of government. And we Republicans have to realize that Teddy Roosevelt was a big government man. We appreciate his America First inclinations, but he aided in the expansion of the role of government.

In these days of apologies and reparations, has the Democratic Party apologized for its involvement in the KKK? Have they refused to do so?
Pardon my use of "we." I did not vote for Obama. I voted for Romney --- but I did so holding my nose. But this situation is not going to improve until we come to grips with the fact that our battle is a spiritual one, rather than a political one. Conservatism is no substitute for Biblical Christianity.
We need to realize that truth is no longer part our culture. Our culture is now "pragmatic relativism." We criticize the Koran for its contradictory statements, any of which can be used to serve the need of the moment. But this is no different than the typical American politician. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life." If you reject Christ, you reject the concept of truth. You can argue all day about the Founders' intent with regard to the separation of church and state, but there is no denying that we have for quite some time experienced a separation of government and morality. And America has the politicians that we have elected, and that we deserve.
Mve along. There's nothing to see here.
Big-government Republicans are going to go easy on the Democrats during these investigations, because when the Republicans are in control of the White House, Senate and Congress, they want to be able to do the same things. For the same reason, the Republicans will not overturn Obamacare, because they know that it is a cash cow for politicians.
I guess they were right: the immigration bill is just like Obamacare.
We have to remember that with so many Republicans committed to big government, they have to take it easy on all these investigations, because they intend to do the same thing when they are back in charge of the White House and the Senate. They are going to leave all the avenues open, so that they will be able to do these things themselves. After all, "Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely."
Stick a fork in Rubio; he's done.
