I guess RiffRaff is saying that Obama was just curious about what was in the bill and thought that the only way he could find out what was in it was to sign it.
So the Obama administration is supporting a group that has sworn allegiance to Al Qaeda. Why does President Obama want to support Al Qaeda? Does anyone think this might be a bit odd? Oh, I get it; it is not odd at all.

I still think that some good men need to make an alliance: Dr. Ben Carson, Rand Paul, Trey Gowdy, Darrell Issa --- there are others. Anyone who supports Ethanol subsidies or bailouts should be eliminated from consideration.
