The last sentence is the most significant.

"Its classic psychological projection from the practitioners of repressive tolerance."

Repressive Tolerance:
Tolerance of ideas that emanate from the left, and intolerance of ideas that emanate from the right.

For those who don't know, Herbert Marcuse of the Frankfurt School was a Marxist theoretician and a founding father of Cultural Marxism (Critical Theory, Political Correctness, etc.), he was an evil genius, and repressive tolerance was another of his inventions, the idea being to stigmatize conservative ideas as oppressive and intolerant and therefore unacceptable for polite conversation, thus marginalizing the idea without having to debate it, and in fact making intolerance towards conservative ideas a moral imperative.

I suspect that is why George called the last sentence in this column the most important, and he is exactly right.

Just to be clear, when I say PC and repressive tolerance seeks to stigmatize conservative ideas that is a little misleading. What are conservative ideas now, for the most part, were simply traditional American ideals when Cultural Marxism was first hatched, and the idea was to attack that, traditional American ideas and ideals that created a common culture, or what was commonly called western culture or western civilization.

That is what Marcuse and his cohorts set out to attack with a vengeance, relentlessly and from every conceivable angle, because they blamed western culture or Christian Culture for the wests rejection of Marxism following the Bolshevik revolution.

And that is what the Cultural Revolution of the 1960's, or what we call the Culture War, was really all about ... and the bad news is, we (traditionalists) lost.

So in essence, we (traditionalists or conservatives) are now the counter culture.
Hollywood and the American left love diversity, except when it offends their "progressive" value system.

Witness the reaction to actor Brad Pitt's mother, Jane, who publicly opposed President Obama's re-election. Mrs. Pitt's pro-life, anti-gay marriage statement to her local paper last week enflamed the Tolerance Mob. And her mere expression of dissident political views exposed the glittering hypocrisy of the left-wing "No H8" campaign.

In a letter to the editor for Missouri's Springfield News-Leader, Mrs. Pitt responded to another reader who argued that Christians should not support Mitt Romney because of his Mormon faith. Arguing for interfaith tolerance, she praised Romney's "high morals"...
