"There needs to be a law"... and I hate new laws... But.. There needs to be a lwa that demands that everything written into law ...be written in plain english. Not legaleez...not written in such a confusing way that you need a room of lawyers to interpret it.This Prop 28 is a classic example.. of government LYING to the citizens AGAIN. Write it like this," Two terms..and you are out..period". What is so difficult to understand about that?

I agree with you on that one. Obama has brought lying about everything to a new level. He has Axlerod working full time on how to tell a lie while making it sound like the truth, ie 'government spending is at it's all time low in over 60 years.' 'the rich don't pay their fair share', 'affordable health care' and that he's in favor of oil drilling and natural gas production in the USA. His biggest lie is that he is a Christian. He is a Christian only when he needs your votes. Watch him reject his Christianity after the election. He won't be able to stay with a religion that doesn't embrace homosexual marriage or free abortions and birth control.

When California voters read Proposition 28’s ballot title, they overwhelmingly support the June 5th measure. Yet, once voters get more details as to what the ballot initiative really does, that robust support not only dissolves, it completely reverses.
