I like this article. It states the Republican Party problem quite well. Somehow, we must continue to take the high road and be far more persuasive in explaining why the Republican policies are best for all people. Persuasion is not well used by the Republicans. We assume that everyone understands our positions. They don't. We must explain, explain, and then explain some more.

It won't work unless you add to the spiel, "...and we promise to give you X per month." The "Gives-me-That" crowd doesn't want to hear about work, jobs, or education.
