Obama sure has a lot of "biggest" or "top" priorities. He said previously that embassy security is his top priority. I think he said jobs is his top priority. I am sure he had other things that were "top priority" also that have not been fulfilled. What value is there to multiple top priorities? Nothing gets done that way.
