Everyone takes time to upgrade their cell phones, they show ID's for cigs and booze, and these things really don't count for much inn the grand scheme of things. But ask to take some time to register to vote receive a LEGAL ID and all the Demy's throw a fit. Why? Because it takes away their ability to CHEAT in elections. I know it happens since my grandfather was a ward leader in Philadelphia and he spoke openly how they "stuffed" the ballots. Still happens to this day.
