Unless the author of the article left off his answer then what would be his answer? Why leave a 'hanging chad' to be settled later? Sen. Graham said when appoving Sotomoyer and Kagen that, 'Elections have consequences. It these are whom the president wants then who am I to say no?' He doesn't know the reason for the Constitution because it has never occured to him that he may not know what his responsibilities are UNDER the Constitution. Sen. Graham likes to look good but only to a small cadre of RINOs' and Socialists.
