Excellent observation. The hypocrisy of the left has become so taken for granted that we often fail to stop and point out such glaring contradictions. The failure of the left to speak openly against the treatment of women within Islamic law makes it clear that their goals are not what they say they are. THE LEFT IS NOT AGAINST THE ENSLAVEMENT OF WOMEN. THE LEFT IS AGAINST TRADITIONAL DEFINITIONS OF GENDER. Former Governor Palin is hated because she is a HIGHLY successful woman who happens to love and respect her husband, she has chosen to raise a family, and doesn't wear doc martins and flannel shirts or shave her head.
