What the government is offering to 53% of working Americans under the guise of ‘medical care’ is a loss of freedom (to choose your medical care) in exchange for a sum of money that is taken under point of the gun (Medicare tax). When Medicare is coupled with ‘Obamacare’, they will eventually supplant all private insurance companies and then real ‘medical care’ will become available only to those who have lots of cash. .Medicaid is ‘FREE’ insurance for those ignorant 47 per-centers who want FREE because FREE is good. Medical insurance is a mirage whereby the provider of the insurance (the government) decrees who will get what and who will not. So faultroy, which do you prefer,… health insurance or medical care ?

Worse Than Death Panels

Personalized medicine is the future. It's where the science is going. It's where the technology is going. It's where doctors and patients will want to go. Yet, unfortunately for many of us, this is not where the Obama administration wants to go.

First, the good news. All this is great news. Unless you happen to be in traditional Medicare. Or in Medicaid. Or unless you acquire subsidized insurance in a health insurance exchange. Or in some cases, even if you get health insurance from an employer.
