Hmmmmm.... I wonder how many of these 16,500,000 so called "lifeline" cell phones end up in the hands of street drug dealers as did so many life-ending guns end up in the hands of Mexican drug cartels. Hmmmmm....

And a big Obama contributor, Carlos Slim, a Mexican and the richest man in the world, makes the phones and gets 10 dollars each and that is without extra service. If they take out a service plan more money is made.

The two hundred page report details waste in all manner of federal spending - from multi-billion dollar programs all the way down to a $300 grant to a small-town library for a Star Wars-themed event. It's emblematic of the waste found everywhere in the federal budget.
