I still declare that ALL the states joined together of their free will with the ability to leave at any time. The only possible way the Confederate states could have had that freedom taken from them is if they were treated as if defeated by military conquest. Then, it could be said they lost their individual statehood and their right to leave. They have been held captive against their will.,,and by who? By a government that they had a hand in granting certain limited powers - none of which was to kill hundreds of thousands of them.

When the Supreme Court upheld ObamaCare as a tax last summer, President Obama may have thought he could breathe a little easier. But now with the implementation of the law, Obama is just beginning his war with the states that refuse to implement ObamaCare exchanges needed for the legislation to work properly or at least, quickly.

The Obama administration faces major logistical and financial challenges in creating health insurance exchanges for states that have declined to set up their own systems.
