Uh, yeah. But . . . The government may insist you prove that the college degree was necessary in order for someone to do that work. Which the employer probably can't do. If for no other reason than that they've allowed any substantial number of "unqualified" people try.

I recently stumbled upon a Facebook post Sarah Palin had written while reflecting upon her daughter Willow's graduation from an academy that specializes in hair and skin. In it, she said the following:
