Please ask anyone who listens if they at any time in the health care debate have heard the following claims: you will healthier, enjoy a better sense of well-being, have more face time with your doctor, have lower cost premiums and lower cost prescriptions. Are we to believe that people without insurance are being denied healthcare? Everyone gets health screening at a federally funded hospital if they are in medical need and can't pay they are still treated and later pursued for payment. In the end if people don't or won't pay the hospital takes it on the chin. Prescriptions are another matter and no one has said whether the federal plan means free meds? I had to quit my Massachusetts state mandated single man plan when it exceeded the...
