I like to satirize the stupid articles, but I can't here. It's a good idea, especially the wage freeze. But then I look at some of the comments. Sigh.

In all seriousness, would you consider the Thirteenth Amendment, or any amendment, a sign of a "fluid" constitution, and thus a sign of Tyranny? I just don't see how we can expect such a magnificent and massive document to remain completely unchanged.
