This is a big problem. People who cannot speak or write correct English should not be elected or appointed to positions of authority. Blacks are not held to high standards. How did this man get a college degree? For that matter, how did he graduate from high school? He wasn't held to a high standard. Political correctness has RUINED the country. Here's an example of that. Wake up, people. Detroit is a disaster because of such people as this! FACE IT!
