Shades of bilLIE's 100K policemen to protect All. But it only lasted 2yrs. After that,all localaties who hired extra policemen that was being paid by the Feds had to fire them when they $ ran out. But it made good press when bilLIE babbled about it. The 2 yr part was kept kinda quiet. How's that saying goes about those who ignore "histry". The GOP never fails to let US down.They are as dependable as the Sun rising and setting.
