Now if West was a marxist, and the shoe was on the other foot, "That" Judge would have ordered recount after recount after recount. It would be an Al Frucking Franken scenario all over agin.No matter how many ballots were need to win, some one would keep finding boxes of ballots in cars ,truck,trains,airplane,ships or whatever that had not been counted.Whatever happens, the Col should Not Go to the SCOTUS Obama/Davis Soetoro and his marxist party have Dirt(Gold to them) on Roberts, From now until he dies or retires,Roberts is just one of their Marionettes on the SCOTUS.Obama/Davis Soetoro and his marxist party are in Charge of SCOTUS. US now have a Marxist guvmint. Some folks are in denial.Nearly 50% and growing don't mind/care.

Allen West Recount Denied

A judge has denied Rep. Allen West's request for a recount in the race for Florida's 18th Congressional District due to a lack of authority.

A judge today denied U.S. Rep. Allen West‘s request that he order a recount of 37,379 ballots from early voting in St. Lucie County — effectively leaving the decision up to the county’s canvassing board, which meets today at 4 p.m.
