If we had TRUE healthcare reform (including desperately needed tort reform) AND if we had some free market discipline in healthcare, BOTH those surgeries would have cost a fraction of that and YOU would have been able to afford it. Gov't and the American Trial Lawyers of America have created our current bloated, expensive healthcare mess.

Any day now, the U.S. Supreme will rule on whether the Obamacare insurance mandate is constitutional. Seems like a no-brainer to me. How can forcing me to engage in commerce be constitutional?
