Concerning the Employee Free Choice Act, it is actually an updated version of a 1930's law that removes unfair negotation and elction process loopholes and offers the individuals who have chosen union representation to decide the voting process. Ironic isn't it that Arizona is having the same problem with their updated version of a 1950's law - critics writing commentary on legislation that they did not READ!!!! That 35% tariff you complained about should have been 135% and placed on all low quality throwaway manufactured goods produced by China.
