Romney is a RINO.

If Romney sometimes looks less than ideal, it is because we are looking at him through the lens of "politics." i believe he will, very much like RR, rise so far above the gutter of typical politicians, nearly all of whom are lawyers. We need to look at Romney through the lens of "leadership."

Clivesdad2, you are wise to be circumspect, but I think we will all be pleased with Romney.

and frank391 is a zero. Wake up Frank, all we have left is a bunch of warmed over politicians. Which of them is going to show us anything other than what they have shown already? Oh, sure they've done a few other things; but, anything really outstanding? Why don't you tell us what that would be?

Romney may be president and compared to Obama a can of corn would be a good president. If Romney is nominated which I believe he will be I will vote for him. However all that said Romney is NO Reagan. A man who said in 1994 that the Reagan Bush years were not what he wanted to repeat and 2002 declared himself a moderate-progressive is not to be compared to the Gipper. Also RR was so adamently to any government involvement in healthcare state or federal- so yea I will vote for Romney but NO it wont evoke memories of 1980 or 1984. Sorry.

He will be a great President. And if he fails to please the Republican lawyers who run the other half of this national shell game, better still.

Whenever you hear about a psychic being arrested, the natural question is: Why didn't she see that coming? Conservatives who raise dire alarms about what will happen in Barack Obama's second term face a similar problem. They need him to lose so their predictions will not be exposed as products of raging paranoia.

Rick Santorum says the defeat of Obama is imperative "so that future generations do not say about America, 'When men were free.'" After Obama was heard telling Russian President Dmitry Medvedev he would have "more flexibility" on missile defense after he's re-elected, House Speaker John Boehner...
