We alreaday have a national health care it is called Medicare. Ask the people that have it if they have other health insurance too? ask them why? Also look into what Medicare is costing,then compare it with this national care for everyone Medicare is a good example why we don't need this cover all plan then add on Medicaid I rest my case.
