Mr Carney, what is deeply irresponsible is to continue spending money you do not have, and borrowing ever more which will have to be paid at some time. Further what is even more irresponsible is th grant this President, above all Presidents a blank check on the Debt Ceiling without any reference to Congress as currently required by the Constitution. Oh no, another part of the Constitution this President has torn up.
