President Obama lied to America, not just the Tea Party affiliates. We need to let her know that she can express her disappointment in her party and the President. I'm going to send her a message and an invitation to leave the faulty democrat party. Frank E. Vincent

Snowden a Fool, Not a Spy

Nonsense Jonah. Let me tell you something. If you work in a black security area, you will not be charged as a traitor for taking highly classified information, and you know it. Unless you can get protection by public notability, you will be quietly eliminated. Even though you don't have a clue that is something Snowden is well aware. Now let me ask you something more, do you know of a procedure that exists that will protect you if you have knowledge of classified material. Well there isn't one. Why don't you ask those who have tried and have been demeaned and prosecuted. Did they have immunity? To this day they suffer from government persecution.. You're a good reporter Goldberg, but you have no clue of the extent government will go to prevent exposure . I believe he did what was necessary as a American who loves his country and Constitution, and if you have been following the investigations, you must realize the lack of trust toward this administration and our government agencies in general. When Did We Vote to Become Mexico?

Frank166 Wrote: May 23, 2013 12:32 PM
I don’t approve of anyone just walking across the boarder. Regardless of what we approve or don’t want, it is going to continue to happen. You nor I can stop it and neither can our government agencies. The only thing we may be able to do is regulate it. Do you believe we can restrain, retain and transport them back across and that will settle it? That’s just nuts! The Mexican’s come here because they have guaranteed work in the United States. Mexico is not only a killing field, a place to leave, but also a place that has no future without pain. So all I am saying is let us set up a procedure that will allow them to do the farm labor. If we don’t want them to become citizens after a generation or a place to come to have babies, then let’s regulate their passage into and out of the country. But let’s not just ignore them. Without a plan we cannot stop them from entering the country or gaining the free medical and educational facilities and ignoring the responsibility of a nationalized citizen allowing them to receive social benefits at the expense of the American tax payer and giving uncontrolled pay advantages. If you have a better plan then what do you suggest? By the way, if you get a chance, take a look at the ‘Boarder Security-Economic-Opportunity-Immigration-Act'. Do you think you can improve upon it or not? Frank E. Vincent
Our news media groups persist in talking about "amnesty" or "legal status". This narrow minded lack of objectivity is part of our problem. The Boarder Security Economic Opportunity and Immigration Act is posted on line. It presents problems that need to be addressed. However, groups like The Heritage Foundation and other media sources should stop the unmitigated off the wall comments which serve no purpose or value. Heritage for one, has continued to demean "the act', by using subjective comments such as the cost to America for initiating such a program without even considering the daily cost of continuing on without a present solution or goal. Negative or superficial articles that do not contribute a solution serves no benefit or purpose. Presently our government has no approved policy or procedure to deal with our national immigration concern but news outlets who submit articles with no reasonable solution or suggestions serves no positive purpose. In essence, just empty quibble. If they want to be beneficial why don't they comment on 'the proposed plan'. For example, Section 1103 of that Immigration Act proposes to give authority to the U.S. Secretary of State and suggests usurping authority over the respective Governor's, allowing authorization and control of National Guard units. The Federal Government should never be given authority over the State Guard Units. Not only is it unconstitutional but the state's Governor's should not even contemplate subjecting the N. G. Units to be controlled by the Federal Government unless they are federalized. After all is said and done, the 'eight' who offered the immigration plan at least offered something constructive or something to improve upon. Frank E. Vincent

I respect your writings but this one time you have not reasoned out the immigration problem. Presently we have a considerable, growing immigration problem that has resulted in doing nothing for all the past years. Now people like Jim Demint continues to reject any attempts to deal with the situation because of the future cost in money and jobs. But ome on my friend, let us reason together. Doing nothing or waiting for something to fix itself is never a solution. Frank E. Vincent

Endangered: The Constitution Part 2

Your question is paralogistic since conservatism or liberalism are subjective and would imply that a person's decisions will always be specific, and constantly predictable. However, if I may answer your question I would put it this way: Reasoning would conclude that no individual is bound by conservatism or liberalism, but is dependent on the subject or method of consideration.
