Marita Noon still doesn't see the problem with the GOP: it's for big government (of a slightly different flavor) same as the Democrat Party is for big government, but the Democrats are better at spreading their propaganda. The solution is not to outdo the Democrats in favor of big government, but in becoming a real alternative to them by becoming the party of small, limited, Constitutional government, push for a balanced budget asap, promise sound money (gold/silver, end the Fed.), end the undeclared wars & return to us our freedoms. In short: end the out-of-control welfare/warfare/police state both parties now support.

the DemocRATs main advantage is their control and use of the Mainstream Media.
Any message the Republicans have gets distorted or twisted by the MSM,and the Repubs end up trying to voice complex explanations that the "sound bite" conditioned Average Joe won't listen to,let alone comprehend.

Meanwhile, the DemocRATs have their catchy sound bites being echoed everywhere by that same media.

How did he do this? According to John Judis in the New Republic, “He campaigned publicly. He framed the issues. He put the Republicans on the defensive in a way that he failed to do during much of his first term.”

Even the far-right Brietbart.com agrees. In a post titled: “GOP drift losing ‘cliff’ message battle,” Mike Flynn argues: “The GOP is...
