"Balanced Budget? Lower Taxes? Anyone Believe this Will Happen?" Nope, because both major political parties are totally corrupt & the selfish average American voter will continue electing the politicians that promise them the most free goodies. The system is broken beyond repair & it will totally implode before there is any change. It will change when it is forced to change by economic reality.
