Georgia Follows AZ Lead

Once again the state of Arizona is attempting to do one of the few things the Constitution directly mandates the federal government to do. Which is to protect the citizens and the land of this country from foreign invasion. Since the Obama administration de-funded the construction of the border fence Arizona has decided to take the issue into their own hands. They want to build the border fence using money donated by the public. Arizona will also be able to construct the same barriers at a much lower cost by using prison labor and not having to satisfy with the myriad of rules and regulations that govern a federal project. So anyone who wants to donate (and everyone should) can go to http://www.keepazsafe.com/ for more details.
@David.... Why would anyone care what you write when you are so clearly clueless. McVeigh blew up the Murrah federal building in OKLAHOMA CITY not Tulsa. Since you do not know that simple fact, why would anyone think you know the truth about much anything else?
Really? That is the best you can come up with? I am not surprised. So genius what have I misconceived? Seeing as those are the exact words written in the constitution explain to everyone what it is I am misconceiving. You must be getting paid to post such inane blather. How much are you being paid? Do you get paid per post or per word? It doesn't matter because whatever you are being paid, it is way too much.
You only have to purchase auto insurance IF you decide to own/drive a car. Even then it is STATE law, not federal. And you are only required to purchase LIABILITY insurance, which reimburses other people for damage you cause. You are not required by law to carry full coverage insurance. However if you finance the purchase of a vehicle the finance company usually requires that you carry full coverage insurance as part of the loan agreement. I hope that clears up your confusion that state mandated liability insurance coverage for car owners (to protect others) is somehow the same as federally mandated health insurance for everyone that draws a breath (to protect yourself).
Actually McCain's eligibility was vetted. See Senate resolution 511. Obama's...not so much.
How far are we going let them go with this crap? The "commerce clause" gives congress the authority to "...regulate trade BETWEEN the several states." Health insurance companies are NOT ALLOWED BY LAW to sell their products across state lines! So how the hell does the "commerce clause" even apply? Why hasn't anyone presented this clear cut arguement to the courts? Why haven't the courts realized this on their own? We are screwed!
The only problem I have with homosexual marriage being legal is the argument the homosexuals use to try to make their point. Homosexuals and their enablers claim they should be allowed to marry "the one they love". If the qualification to legally marry is changed to "love", instead of a person of the opposite sex, over 18, not related, etc. where does it stop? Should a man who "loves" his horse be allowed to marry the horse? His "love" for his horse is every bit as real to him as a homosexuals "love" for another homosexual. And before you say "loving" or having sex with a horse is unnatural and/or disgusting; remember a lot of heterosexual and asexual people feel the same about homosexuals.
Uh lori....I am no defender of Horatio's warped point of view but I would like to correct your statement that "evolution says we came from monkeys". The THEORY of evolution says no such thing. The THEORY of evolution postulates that humans and apes have a common ancestor but humans and apes evolved independantly from that point on. To claim that humans evolved from apes or that the THEORY of evolution says humans evolved from apes, is simply ignorant. Think about it...if humans evolved from apes...there would be no apes living in the world today.
This opinion piece sounds like it was written by a religious zealot attempting to use the progressive tactic of twisting what was said in order to create an argument. I dislike Obama and his policies (not to mention his racist wife) as much as the next sane person who lives in the real world. But to twist the fact that Obama stated that some American citizens are "non-believers" into Obama saying the U.S.A. is made up almost entirely of "non-believers" is a lie. This is the kind of crap I expect from the left/progressives....... not Townhall columnists.

@Harvard......Do you realize how ignorant you sound? Several posters have asked you questions that a person with the credentials you claim to have would know the answer to. If you knew the answers you would post them so you could prove your imagined superiority. Instead you desperately avoid answering the questions. But continue to post so everyone can see the mindset of progressives. We already know you live in some fantasy world and I guess in that fantasy world you are intelligent. Here in reality....not so much...
