CO2 was supposed to lead to increased storms around the equator. Never happened. After Katrina, we were supposed to live with increased storms. Never happened. This summer, the UK is having cold, wet weather. Never reported. When we had a cold spell recently, many leftist sheeple told me "weather is not climate." Now it is. How convenient. But the number one reason to doubt that man is causing global warming: People with the facts on their side don't fake the data, nor do they personally attack those with another viewpoint.

And to respond up front to those who call me an Obama troll, who I am is someone who was working out west in the 90's to try to save those who produce beef, minerals, timber, and oil from a political onslaught by rich leftists - leftists who frequently (e.g. Grand Staircase-Escalante) had ties to foreign resource producers. The "wise use" movement was kicked in the teeth by the GOP - just as the Tea Party is being kicked now - and so now we have the fires and the gas prices we predicted in 1995. How many enviro votes do you get, GOP?

If Conservatives allow the GOP to continue to give us bland spineless politicians we are doomed to being limited to the choice between ObamaCare & RomneyCare. Face facts people, Mitt Romney is not stupid - he supported Global Warming knowing it was a scam, forever illustrating that he is just another hack who lusts after power. The only way to break the string of Doles, Bushes, McLames, and Mittens is to refuse to vote for statists. Or rationalize living the rest of your life in an "America" where only big businesses have the resources to handle pervasive government regulation, and where only the rich (who can afford the private cash-only clinics that are bound to spring up, if not here in the Bahamas) get health care.
Facts don't matter, remember VP Cheney was known as a pragmatic congressman until he was nominated on the national level.
True, but he is considered a "minority" and he is GOP, therefore the media will attack and the GOP will either cave or help the attack.
The problem is that the GOP is not conservative. As they did with Palin, Rubio as a candidate would cause the "business as usual" part of the GOP to undermine the ticket. Right now, the country is pining for a real alternative to Obama and we have nominated a eastern compromiser (cf his support of global warming myth, gov't health care) due to the influence of the media on eastern Republicans. Prepare to be Greece in 5 years.
You forget - the media will attack Rubio as they did Palin, and the GOP establishment, pining for another Dem light like Pawlenty, will not defend Rubio because they would rather lose than defend a conservative on a national ticket (cf: Palin again).

when Mittens goes back to supporting global warming, introduces his government health care, and reaches across the aisle to nominate an inoffensive (read closet liberal) Supreme Court justice, I will come back here and read the many apologies that I'm sure will be offered up. Notice, many personal attacks to those of us (most, I'll bet, like me who had to do business in Massachusetts when Mittens was in charge) who oppose substituting RomneyCare for ObamaCare. And we're the liberal Obama supporters? Why then are y'all acting like libs?

Oh, and this is all academic anyway. Once October comes around and the Hollywood/Media/Leftist elites start with the meme that Mormonism is a weird cult Romney is toast anyway. If you've never heard of Planet Kolob you soon will.

I swore after watching Grampa McLame's campaign pile on Sarah Palin that I would never vote for another GOP liberal. Of course, Obama's antics have caused me to start questioning that. But last night I saw on Romney's podium this slogan "Repeal & Replace ObamaCare." No, Mitt, REPEAL. If Romney's elected, we will have RomneyCare (or ObamaCare light if you prefer). Sorry about the judges, guess the GOP shoulda thought of that last year. I will help work for a strong senate to rein him in, but Romney would be a disaster. The Republicans had to be dragged right, kicking and screaming, by the Tea Party. They long to run leviathan. The GOP that keeps giving us Dole, W. Bush (Part D, bailout, etc.), McLame, and now Romney needs to die.
