Micheal, I have to disagree with you while I respect & agree with you most times. There is overwhelming evidence to show that the Obamanation & his Chicago goons stole the election. I know a talk show host can't come out & say that but facts speak louder than words. When you have (Of course Democrat districts only) a voting district where 108% vote there's a red flag, when you have thousands of people in one district & EVERYONE OF THEM votes Obama another red flag, when you have voting machines all over the country where people voted Romney & the machine posted Obama another & last red flag everywhere Mitt Romney went he was met by massive crowds. Obama's were less than half that size. He couldn't even fill smaller venues. THEY CHEATED!

Yes! Absolutely. And what "we believe" doesn't matter because we all went to the polls to vote our faith and it didn't matter. In Ohio people showed up at polling places only to be told they had "already voted." Electronic Voting machines representing 4 million votes that went to Obama in Cincinnatti and Cleveland were rigged to give Obama those votes no matter what. 70 GOP officials barred in Philly Precincts unable to verify ballots. Florida election stolen from Allen West. List goes on. If you guys don't stop talking about how the GOP "Lost" and needs to get out its message to Hispanics and Younger Voters I am just going to barf already. This was Election Fraud on a massive scale. Paper Ballots from now on!

I agree, FRAUD was the principal cause of Obama's "reelection." The one county in Florida that had over 100% turnout, and up to 140% in one case, is proof positive. We don't need more voter information, we need ELECTION LAW ENFORCEMENT! A good start would be to require voter ID, as no states with that requirement reported these ridiculously high "turnout" rates. And in the states who have all mail-in ballots, a vote by vote comparison with the registration cards is necessary to have valid results. But the Democrats wouldn't enforce the rules, because THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS, according to their leaders.

A version of this column appeared originally in THE DAILY BEAST.

To paraphrase the traditional Passover formulation honored in Jewish homes: why was this election different from all other elections? What makes 2012 stand out in recent political history, either as a temporary anomaly or a significant, long-term shift in the electorate?

The most striking change in the results this year involved a precipitous and alarming decline in voter participation, a drop-off that stemmed from a deliberate strategy by the Obama campaign and almost certainly provided the president with his margin of victory. Meanwhile, much of the conventional wisdom about...
