It is not your place to make such decisions for other people's children. You may choose what to teach concerning sex and when to teach it to YOUR children ONLY. No matter how hard anyone tries some children will not get the education or information they need. One size does not fit all and children do not belong to a school or the government. Government interference via schools makes things worse not better.
Common Core requires all children to be able to properly use a condom by the end of eighth grade. Here is a sample of what children will be required to know by the end of eighth grade: "Demonstrate the use of effective communication and negotiation skills about the use of contraception including abstinence and condoms", "Describe the steps to using a condom correctly", "Differentiate between gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation", "Communicate respectfully with and about people of all gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations", and lastly "Develop a plan to promote dignity and respect for all people in the school community". So the government will be teaching our children to be advocates for choices their parents are teaching them are wrong.
