Mr. Bozell is against smut during times children may be watching television. If I become offended or irritated by it,I can turn it off; however if a child in my care is subjected to it,that's going much to far.A child is not mature enough to deal with smut.
Congess passes a quieter commercial bill and they pat themselves on the back,yet they will not voice any objection over sexual smut jokes,adult nudity,or swearing on the air.
