Maybe I'm less pro-choice than some, but the above opinions leave me squeamish about late-term Abortions. I'm glad they are only a small part of all Abortions. I think people like you would do better if you'd try and precisely define the limit's of when a late-term Abortion is too late and can be properly regarded as Murder, instead of trying to outlaw all Abortions.

OTOH a newborn baby is obviously (for me, anyway) a Human Being. And how could the baby been any less a Human Being at the start of labor? Birth is just moving a foot or so, and the disconnection of a feeding tube, right? So (for me, anyway) this 'former fetus' must've been a Human Being for at least some time before birth.

You speak of 7th-grade biology below. Well, in High School and Freshman Bio we (or I, anyway) learned that over half of successfully-conceived Human Embryo's do not implant. They get discarded as menstrual flow, no-one even thinks of trying to 'rescue' them or any such thing, we regard that notion as ridiculous. I cannot reconcile these FACTS with any claim that the fetus is a Human Being at the instant of conception. That's a common 'talk' for Pro-Lifer's arguing against all Abortion, but no one walks the corresponding 'walk'.

But I have to agree with you in part above, if I can step around all the insult turds and deal with the substance of your claim. I cannot define the term "Human Being", at least not to my own satisfaction. The physical component is easy enough, but the intelligence, the consciousness, the spirit, the soul? I believe they are all parts of what makes a Human Being, maybe much more important parts than the corpus. So my conception of "Human Being" is not fully fact-based. I do not know the facts, I think only God does. But that doesn't reduce me to voodoo. I still have logic, deduction, inference.

I guess you're posting this because Ginsburg is Jewish? What in this article could possibly make you think she hates America? "Why do so many American Jews seems to hates America?(note I did not say All)" They don't hate America. Do most conservatives who complain about this or that aspect of America on this website 'hate America'? No, of course not! So it is with almost all Jews and more generally Liberals. We just complain about different aspects of America than do Conservatives.

There is way, way, too much information missing to form any meaningful opinion about this. Give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

That's exactly how I feel about Bill Maher! I also wish that he were not an Atheist, but am willing to indulge his atheism. And he also will call out "Liberal BullSh--" by name when he sees it, he has several time in recent shows.
