Why stop at execution for rape to whe the result is a pregancy? There are too many willing to make too many decisions based upon their opinion. Abortion is a blight on humanity. However, not allowing abortion in dire circumstances of, e.g., rape, health/welfare of the woman (mother), and other critical times is also unconscionable. What if Planned Parenthood became birthing centers? Now, would there be, or show me, the line of good people willing to adopt and provide loving homes to the crack babies, and otherwise unwanted. Once moral corruption of humanity is resolved, then the abortion issue would be a no-brainer. Until then... God is our judge, not opinion.

Recently, Ann Coulter wrote a controversial column suggesting that numerous Republican losses in the 2012 election cycle could be tied to the GOP stance on abortion. After lamenting the problem, she suggested a solution: the GOP should officially abandon its opposition to the so-called rape exception to a ban on abortion.

Ann's position on this matter is wrong for three reasons. First, it is unprincipled. Second, it will not be received with the popular support she envisions.
