I read the attacks written by Dems and GOPs everyday on many websites. "Right wing nut job" this and "Left wing nut job" that. You must be a liberal or you must be a Republican. This is just ridiculous and counterproductive rhetoric that keeps us at each other's throats and far far away from workable solution of any kind. Left versus right ideology gets us nowhere. Of course Obama is pointing the finger at BP and any life form on the planet. He needs to deflect any isolating ridicule that would diminish his power.

This administration HAS been on top of this situation from DAY 1. Just ask Obama's daughter for her daily daddy update for proof of this.

And now that BP has failed to plug the hole, Obama has called in the big guns to solve this epic disaster. YES, he has called in James Cameron (director of Titanic, Avatar, Terminator) to terminate this pesky leakage.

Cameron is currently writing the script for this thriller to be released in the summer of 2011.

Misuse and possible unlawful use of public funds by ACORN has raised another issue with me. Why are any nonprofits getting even one dollar from the taxpayers? It would seem that once funded the revenue stream never stops. Add another qualified nonprofit non-audited organization and then another and yet another and pretty soon you're talking about big money, provided via the taxpayer. Enough already with the pet projects and the social engineering. It's time we elect CPAs, Constitutional attorneys and salt-of-the-earth citizens to reduce this unsustainable government spending. Remove the millionaire politicians from office as they are obviously removed from the economic realities of our country's fiscal situation.

Case law has already modified Miranda to exclude waivers of the suspect's rights in cases of exigent circumstances. This has been defined by case law in Ramey 1976 as: "Exigent circumstances means an emergency situation requiring swift action to prevent imminent danger to life or serious damage to property..."

Miranda has already been modified! Property is protected as is life; what other exceptions are needed in new Miranda modifications?

Perhaps by changing a single word in the Ramey decision, say "imminent" to "perceived" or to "suspected", would satisfy Holders modifications requirements.

Ours is a nation founded on the principle of freedom of religion. If those who fell with the Twin Towers have a complaint with a mosque two blocks from Ground Zero let them lodge it with the offending parties.
