My thoughts exactly. I haven't seen the repuglicans come up with a true conservate ---ever. Goldwater was as close as we ever got. So until we find a conservative it seems they just want us to reinforce their stupid choices for crown princes for the netherworlds of liberal politics. Just this once, I 'd love to see a state, a whole state, like SC vote against the republican establishment completely. Maybe they would notice conservatism if it shows up again. Let SC be the first to seceede from the republican party en masse. It would be hilarious. Heck they think they have us in the bag. I'd love it.

The quality of life often comes down to one moment, one opportunity, one roll of the dice or one decision to draw a line in the sand and scream "No more."

Will Nov. 6, 2012, be one of those moments? I believe for the welfare of our republic, it must be.

It's been estimated that upwards of four million fewer Republicans voted in 2008 than in 2004. Four million. In a nation of 315 million, does such a number make a difference?

Some would argue it made all the difference and turned an unqualified, inexperienced, pampered, wealthy and privileged barely senator...
