Legalities do not matter to radical Progressives nor to the Moron Voter or Low info voters as Rush calls them. The optics matter and on MSM TV outlets, that is all that counts. Nurmeberg Rallies matter to tyrants. Obama does them well and nowadays, Americans seems to be slipping into a mesmerized state where nothing matters but their IPads, MTV , TMZ and Dancing....and welfare checks and food stamps and just how evil all those rich people who provide the jobs are.

Limbaugh has made his millions appealing, to the fears, preconceptions, and willful ignorance of the "angry white male" segments of those voter categories. If Hell exists, I suspect it has a special place for people of his ilk.
